In these last years, to increase the competitiveness of our products and to extend the range of the products offered, we make use also of suppliers from other countries besides Romania, that are India, Slovakia, Bulgaria and China.

All the products under listed are manufactured selecting the appropriate country where we work and have our suppliers according to minimize the price and to optimize the convenience for our customer.

So only after we have evaluated the single product of our customer, we will propose the best supplier for that product.

Our products range consists in:

• Metalworkings
• Cast iron particulars (grey iron and nodular)
• Pipes and tubulars welded and machining worked
• Plastic and metal stamped parts
• Metal dies for stamping machines (mould makers)
• Machining works of every type
• Open die forging presses (water or oil hydraulic) until 10,000 Tons

The metalworkings we offer can go from medium-small particulars to big ones.

For small-medium particulars we request a minimum order that can vary from particular to particular and regarding the value of each particular, to minimize the cost of the transport.

The welding processes used are TIG, MIG/MAG, LBW, PAW, SAW and OFW. We can weld also very big and heavy pieces.

The cutting processes at our disposition include oxy-fuel cutting, water jet cutting, plasma cutting and laser cutting.

For the heat treatment, stress relieving and normalization of big pieces are not a problem.

The CNC machines at disposition of our suppliers comprehend:

• CNC turning
• CNC milling
• CNC boring
• CNC drilling
• CNC cutting

The tolerances held can go for example until 0.01 mm of coplanarity and perpendicularity on big and long pieces (more meters).

For tolerances more stricter our suppliers have several small-medium CNC grinding machines and some big ones for long and large particulars.

For heavy big pieces we have at disposition a serie of good heavy industries in Eastern Europe and in China: it depends from the delivery times of our customers to choose Eastern European suppliers or Chinese suppliers. The quality is absolutely guaranteed in every case.

For cast iron products our range can go from very small pieces (0.5 Kg) to very heavy pieces as bed for machines (15,000 Kg). The material can be grey cast iron or nodular/ductile cast iron. We can cast and completely finish products for the automotive industry and our suppliers are certified ISO/TS 16949. The same is for big and large cast iron products that can be completely finished by machining work.

We can also supply T slotted floor plates made in cast iron (grey iron).
The sizes can go from 1500 to 2000 mm of width, from 1000 to 8000 mm of length until 350 mm. Also other sizes according to the requests of the customers are available.
The floor plates can be supplied rough machining or surface finished by machining working as for DIN 876.
The T slots can be machined from H12 to H7 tolerances according to DIN 650, with a wide that can arrive until 42 mm and a deep of 74 mm.
The loading capacity of T slotted floor plates of height = 350 mm can arrive at 25 Tons/square meter: for heights = 300 mm we can arrive at loading capacity of 15 Tons/square meter.

For the average normal T slotted floor plates our Chinese suppliers are recommended. For ultra precise and very particular works about T slotted floor plates, we have at disposition manufacturers in USA and in India.

For tubulars and pipes, we have at disposition suppliers able to manufacture, to weld and to machine the assembled product where the material is usually AISI 316, AISI 304 or AISI 316L.

About plastic and metal stamped parts we have at our disposition many suppliers that can manufacture your product according to your drawings. We can stamped every type of particulars at very cheap prices.

About metal dies for stamped parts we have at our disposition some serious and precise supplier able to manufacture the metal moulds at cheap price with an high quality according to the particulars that must be stamped.

About open die (or closed) hydraulic forging presses, we're in contact with a famous Korean manufacturer able to build presses until 10,000 Tons. The prices are very, very competitive respect the European and Eastern European prices and the quality is totally guaranteed.

To guarantee a complete quality to our customers, even if our suppliers are all certified with quality certificates as generally speaking, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO for welding processes, TUV, DNV or SGS, for delicate orders and of a certain quantity, at our expense, we use inspectors certifiers chosen between the most famous and rated international agencies to check the product before it leaves the factory of our supplier.
